Stylish Apartment with Sea Views & Licensed Holiday Rental Income | Torremolinos
Imagine waking up every morning to the Andalusian sun flooding through your living room, stepping onto your private terrace with a coffee, and watching the rooftops of Torremolinos glow in the morning light.
This is not a fantasy — this is life at Los Riscos 14.
Located on the 5th floor of one of Torremolinos' most established residential buildings, this beautifully reformed apartment has been designed with genuine style and attention to detail.
From the moment you walk in, the combination of warm LED accent lighting, a bespoke slatted wood column, and a stunning tropical botanical wallpaper tells you this is no ordinary Costa del Sol flat.
The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home — spacious, bright, and filled with personality.
A statement rattan pendant lamp hangs over a glass dining table with emerald velvet chairs, while the living area flows naturally towards the balcony, where blue Andalusian skies greet you daily.
Air conditioning keeps every room perfectly comfortable year-round.
The kitchen has been fully reformed to a high standard, featuring gloss white cabinetry, marble-effect worktops and backsplash, and integrated appliances — functional, elegant, and ready to use from day one.
The main bedroom is a sanctuary: a carved wooden headboard, botanical leaf wallpaper, original pendant light, air conditioning, and its own private balcony.
The bathroom is genuinely luxurious — fully tiled in marble-effect porcelain from floor to ceiling, with a vessel sink, walk-in rainfall shower, and a round backlit mirror.
On the terrace, the wooden deck tiles, colourful Mediterranean plants, and bistro table create the perfect spot for evening drinks or morning yoga — yours exclusively.
But this apartment is not just a holiday dream.
It holds a valid Junta de Andalucía holiday rental licence and generates consistent income throughout the year.

About:
Torremolinos (Spanish pronunciation: [toremoˈlinos]) is a municipality in Andalusia, southern Spain, west of Málaga.
A poor fishing village before the growth in tourism began in the late 1950s, Torremolinos was the first of the Costa del Sol resorts to be developed and is still the most popular in the region.
On the western shore of the Bay of Málaga and in front of the Sierra de Mijas 13 km (8 miles) from Málaga, it is served by the A-7 motorway, which bypasses the city to the north, the Cercanías commuter train and Avanzabus.
In 2013, it had 69,389 inhabitants, making it the sixth largest city in the province.
The township has an area of 20 km2 (7.7 sq mi).
Areas of the town are dotted with older high-rise residential buildings and hotels, but height limitations on new developments and a significant number of original old town properties have kept the town centre much more open than other popular resorts such as Benidorm and Fuengirola.
As the name Coast of the Sun implies, Torremolinos enjoys one of the best climates in Europe.
It has long, dry summers with relatively low humidity, and mild winters with occasional, though heavy, rainfall.
The town benefits in the summer from cool sea breezes predominantly coming from Africa, although this does mean a fair amount of Sahara dust.
Temperatures normally hover around 30 °C (86 °F) in the summer and 17–19 °C (63–66 °F) in the winter.
Torremolinos sometimes experiences a sea fog that goes as quickly as it appears.
The beach, which extends for nearly eight kilometres (five miles), has cycle and skating lanes alongside the fully illuminated promenade and features many chiringuitos (beach bars/restaurants).
The eastern end of the beach, known as Los Álamos, has live dance music events throughout the summer.
The easternmost parts of the beach have kitesurfing and windsurfing except under the flight path of the airport.
In addition to its tourism sector, Torremolinos is known locally for its vibrant and liberal nightlife, particularly its numerous bars and clubs catering to the LGBT community.
Torremolinos co-hosted World Pride in 2017 in conjunction with Madrid and holds its own Pride in June, now the third largest in Spain.
