This superb 2 bedroom, 2 bath Apartment sits in the heart of Torrequebrada, you’re just a few minutes from shops, golf, some great places to eat, and—best of all—the beach.

Step inside and you’ll find a kitchen that’s fully equipped with all quality cabinets & appliances.
The kitchen opens through an archway into a living and dining area that just feels big and bright.
Sun pours in through wide sliding doors, drawing you out to a generous private terrace with a framed view to the beautiful coastline!

Enjoying an ensuite is the master bedroom - spacious and fitted with built-in wardrobes & french doors leading straight out to the terrace.
The second bedroom is also double with built-in wardrobes & a family bathroom opposite.
One of the best features - the terrace.
It stretches the entire width of the apartment with lovely views—ideal for those long lunches or just enjoying a quiet morning in the sun.
You’ll stay comfortable all year, too, thanks to built-in air conditioning and heating.
Communal garage with private allocated parking.
If you’re looking for a place to live or rent out, this one really stands out.
We have the keys & ready to view.
A MUST SEE!

Alittle on the area.
Life in Benalmádena Costa puts everything right in front of you.
Torrequebrada Golf is just a joy to play - the course gives you large rolling greens, tricky bunkers, and lakes all set in just the right spots to keep you on your toes.
The fairways are lined with a variety of trees —palm trees, pines, olive trees—you name it.
Tees are set high, so you can size up each hole and pick your own path.
And the views.
Stunning.
You get the sparkling Mediterranean Sea on one side, mountains on the other.
Honestly, you won’t find another course quite like this one.

The beachfront’s buzzing, lined with hotels and a seemingly endless mix of restaurants, bars, and clubs.
Most places hug the main road, cluster by the marina, or fill up Plaza Solymar—especially when summer rolls in and nightlife takes center stage.

The marina’s more than just a party scene after dark.
It’s a hotspot for food, shopping, and people-watching, and if you’re after something a little fancy, it’s a great place to live.
You’ve got dozens of international restaurants right on the water.
Boats are waiting if you want to get out to sea for sightseeing, fishing, dolphin watching, or even a quick water taxi to Málaga or Fuengirola.
The coastal views are unbelievable, and there’s always something happening.

About:

Benalmádena (Spanish pronunciation: [benalˈmaðena]) is a town in Andalusia in southern Spain, 12 km west of Málaga, on the Costa del Sol between Torremolinos and Fuengirola.
Benalmádena is rich in attractive beaches and interesting places like the Colomares Castle, the 33-metre-tall Buddhist Benalmádena Stupa, the largest Buddhist stupa in Europe, the Benalmádena Marina and the Benalmádena Cable Car.
Benalmádena covers an area of just over 27 km2 that extends from the summits of the Sierra de Mijas to the sea, falling in some places as a cliff.
The territory is crossed from east to west on Highway A-7, which connects with the provincial capital and other centres of the Mediterranean coast.
With 61,383 inhabitants according to the INE census of 2010, Benalmádena is the eighth most populous municipality in the province and the third largest metropolitan area, behind Málaga and Torremolinos.
The population is concentrated in three main centers: Benalmádena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmádena Costa, although the high urban growth and demographic tends to unify the three cores.
Benalmádena has been inhabited since prehistoric times.
Benalmádena experienced a remarkable development during the period of Muslim domination.
Its development was paralyzed after joining the Crown of Castile in 1485 due to various natural disasters and the intensity of the activity of privateers in the area.
The paper industry and vineyard cultivation reactivated the local economy during the 18th and 19th centuries.
In the early 21st century Benalmádena is one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa del Sol, with leisure facilities including an amusement park, two aquariums, a casino, a cable car and one of the largest marinas of Andalusia.
