Description
"Discover a unique opportunity in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves.
This impressive 19,000 m² rustic plot of land in Tolox has an approved project for an "Environmental Glamping", endorsed by the Junta de Andalucía.
Imagine an ecological refuge where nature merges with comfort, offering accommodation in bungalows, caravans and tents.
The complex will include a children's playground, a restaurant-bar, a social lounge and a swimming pool, all designed to blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings.
The location is unbeatable: just 3 km from the nearest urban centre and with road access, this non-developable land offers endless possibilities for ecotourism lovers.
The Sierra de las Nieves, declared a National Park and Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, is a sanctuary for wildlife and a paradise for outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing and zip-lining.
In addition, the project includes yoga, tai chi and feng shui areas, creating a space where the relationship between humans and nature is the central axis.
With a building permit from the Tolox City Council and a tourism authorisation from the Junta de Andalucía, this project not only promises to be a commercial success, but also a model of sustainable development that respects and protects the natural and cultural heritage of the region.
Don't miss this opportunity to turn Tolox into a benchmark for ecological tourism and differentiate yourself in the competitive tourism market.
The future of sustainable tourism awaits you in the Sierra de las Nieves!"
